The television openings for Gundam Reconguista in G are “BLAZING” by GARNiDELiA and “Futari no Mahou” by May J. Its ending is “G no Senkou” by Daisuke Hasegawa. The second opening begins with episode 14. Film IV’s “Coloring by G-Reco” is a separate song and should not be mixed into the TV opening list.

BLAZING: identify both the song and the edition
GARNiDELiA performs the first opening. Include the artist’s name when searching: a title alone can lead to unrelated songs. The opening’s drive makes it a natural starting point for returning to the TV series.
The Sony Music listing for the limited-period CD/DVD edition identifies DFCL-2089–2090 and includes a TV-size version in its track list. Other editions need their own checks. A second-hand copy may not contain every original enclosure, and an old promotional insert should not be treated as an active offer.
Futari no Mahou starts in episode 14
The official announcement explicitly gives episode 14 as the changeover. May J. sings the song, with lyrics by Takahiro Maeda and music and arrangement by Yugo Kanno. Do not infer a different episode simply from a television-season boundary.
The single’s product title is ReBirth. The standard CD, RZCD-59861, and the Gundam G no Reconguista Edition, RZCD-59862, are different packages. The Gundam edition is officially listed with Futari no Mahou and Faith. Searching by both song and release title helps avoid confusion.
G no Senkou: full length versus TV size
Daisuke Hasegawa sings the TV ending. Lyricist Rin Iogi is Yoshiyuki Tomino’s pen name. When you want the whole song rather than the short ending edit, the track’s version label matters.
The official three-disc soundtrack, LACA-9390–9392, includes the TV-size G no Senkou as disc 1, track 2, and the full version as disc 3, track 21. Its two opening songs are listed as TV-size tracks. A soundtrack does not automatically supply full-length versions of every theme.
The film song belongs in a separate row
Coloring by G-Reco is the ending theme for Film IV, Love That Cries Out in Battle. The official July 22, 2022 announcement credits Hasegawa, Iogi and Kanno and links to its digital release and Gundam Channel music video.
Although the singer and songwriting team connect it with G no Senkou, it is a distinct song. This guide identifies the confirmed Film IV usage rather than assigning it indiscriminately to all five films.
Official video and choosing a release
The music video below is the one linked by the official announcement. Availability can change by region or publishing status. For a collection, distinguish the opening singles from the soundtrack’s score and ending tracks.
A CD/DVD label alone does not promise the anime opening footage you want. Check the actual video contents, catalogue number and second-hand accessories. Historical lottery entries or bonus offers are not current purchase benefits.
